Making sure our residents and rehab patients can "dine in style" is just as important at Fairhaven as serving fresh, delicious, nutritious and appealing meals. Executive Chef Jim Clark (pictured here) elevates the task of preparing carefully monitored meals to an art form, serving up quality food that is delivered promptly and accurately to each resident or rehab patient.
In nursing homes and long term care facilities across the United States, the quality of food service is often a top complaint among residents—but not at Fairhaven. We understand that meals are an important source of both nutrition and social interaction, and we have carefully developed our dining facilities to meet both of those needs.
At Fairhaven, we have four separate dining facilities—more than some resorts—and we never lose sight of the fact that quality food, delivered by qualified chefs in an attractive environment, is a major contributor to quality of life. It's one of the things that sets us apart!
