Fairhaven Healthcare Center's
on-site rehabilitation services provide comprehensive treatment
seven days a week for orthopedic injuries such as joint replacement,
amputation, stroke and neurological diseases, wound care management
(including vac system), rehabilitation feeding, presurgery preparation
and post-surgery recovery, and multiple traumas.
At Fairhaven Healthcare Center,
our focus is on restoring optimal functioning as soon as possible.
Under the direction of physicians, our dedicated staff works
closely with nursing to provide around-the-clock care, along
with continual goal-oriented assessments. With this program,
many patients are able to return home in 2 to 4 weeks. |
