Gail Harrington, MDS Coordinator

Gail has consistently assisted
with MMQ's in absence of an MMQ nurse, even though it is not
her first choice of assignments. She has worked hard to make
sure the process runs smoothly. She is also very responsive to
Resident concerns when doing her MDS assignments. It is not unusual
for her to be seen comforting a Resident or advocating to different
departments to meet a Resident's needs. Gail is a valued member
of the MDS department. |
